This Privacy Policy explains how CODPAY (“CODPAY”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit codpay.network, create an account on our seller platform, or use our fulfillment, cash-on-delivery and payout services in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and other markets we open.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, country and the details you give us when you register.
- Business and order information: products, stock quantities, orders, delivery status, confirmation and delivery rates, and payout history.
- Your customers’ information: the name, phone number, delivery address and order details of buyers, which we process only to confirm, deliver and collect payment for the orders you send us.
- Payout information: the payment details you provide so we can send you the money collected.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact channels on our website.
- Technical information: device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
3. How we use information
- to create and manage your account and provide the CODPAY services;
- to confirm orders with buyers, store, pack and deliver products, collect cash and process payouts;
- to provide support and answer your questions;
- to measure and improve the performance and security of our website and platform;

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people who help us deliver the service, and only as much as they need: delivery and warehouse partners, call-center agents who confirm orders, payment and payout providers, website hosting and analytics providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Buyer data
When you send us orders, you remain responsible for having the right to share your buyers’ information with us. We use that information only to fulfill those orders and for the related payments, returns and support, and we do not use it to market to your buyers.
